I will put some advice about visas marriage and how to do it all. The
government in Azerbajan and also in the UK are not so helpful as you
might think.

All information is based on an Azeri girl coming
to the UK. Or marrying to a UK citizen in Baku. But it would
be the same for any non EU country Russia etc.
